Cause or Solution?

There is a goblin standing in the room with me. I'm certain of this. I can hear his labored breathing and the stench of onions is emanating from his pores. His aqua sox have also left distinctive tracks in my freshly vacuumed carpet. What I'm not sure of, is whether he is here as a figment of my imagination from the bong hit I just took, or if I can rid myself of him by taking one more. Since I can't take back the last one...
