I was sick of wearing suits and doing the whole 9-5 thing, so I jumped into the street vending craze. My business plan is to operate ultra-lean so I don't use a truck. Sales are slow, but when people start tasting my fresh hot weiners, things will pick up, and it'll be all profit.
