Lady Luck Has Run Out of Herself

It's hard to tell what is up with this shirt.
Is it a bold self affirmation for this woman and her high-risk lifestyle?
Is it a taunt to others, as they've been trapped in her pantsless loft. Though is luck getting some or getting away?
Or is it just a typo and should read, "Feeling Lumpy"?
I'll let you decide, but I'm going to dive over the rail and take my chances.
