Animal shows inspired by Steve 'Crocodile Hunter' Irwin, have vastly minimized the dangers of screwing around with crocodiles. This has led to a sharp increase in death and dismemberment of amateur copy cats who seek the thrill of holding down a beautiful croc. Unfortunately these people tend to be family embarrassments, so their horrible deaths are swept under the rug.
