The first rule of partying is "Always maintain buzz control." However, good times have a way of getting out of hand, so the REAL first rule of partying is "Don't party with assholes who don't like you." I feel bad for kids who are stuck with the peers that they're dealt. This is not grounds for transferring to a new HS.
